7 Proven Website Marketing Tips from Experience

I thought I would portion my proven website marketing techniques that I have used for my online photography business (www.ForestWander.com) for the past year.

If you will do these things then you too can increase traffic to your sites without any cost but the time eager.

Close trying to trick people by spam or blog comment bots etc. and impartial do the work yourself and it is considerable more rewarding and it is legal!

1. Write Articles regarding your product or content related to your product. Then post it to free article listing websites.

2. Write Press releases for anything new that you do and submit them to free press release sites that have their listings indexed by Google.

3. Give stuff away for free. Don’t try to scam someone, but realistically think of what could benefit someone else and give it away for free when it costs you nothing but some time. For instance, I have free screensavers of my pictures listed on download dot com. They will let you list software there for free on their site. It may take a month to get listed but hey it is free!

4. Make video commercials for your product, experience or related content and post it to multiple free video hosting websites.

5. Social Networking sites and groups are great, eye for people that are into the same thing you are and strike up a discussion with them, then see what you can do to help each other.

6. News Groups are a great place to answer questions related to your product or experience. Don’t spam people or groups but genuinely try to help someone and it will come serve to you. Always leave your signature when answering or replying, you never know who will inspect it.

7. Search For Blogs that are related to your product and leave a link and comment that is pertinent to the topic. Yes it takes time and effort but is worth it, and your comment will not get deleted as spam.

If you will follow these techniques it will pay off in the long run. No you will not get instant results but the results will last much longer and you will feel good about how you went about marketing your site, with good honest hard work!
