What is the best way to install a video conferencing conference room?
I have an old Victorian house (8000 square feet) conversion multi-office that I would like to add video conferencing capabilities conference rooms, there are two conference rooms, one on the third floor and a on the first floor. The room is approximately 20 by 35 and the other is 16 by 25. Projector is better than LCD monitors, is there an affordable system that offers enough characteristics. Thank you.
I like LCD better. You need to decide if we're going to put curtains in the room as the sun coming through the window after you wash the screen. If you do not want pay for curtains – then make sure you choose will be bright enough to see properly so that the light enters the room. Secondly, and perhaps Most important is the sound system. Be sure to choose quality microphones that pick up sound and transmit it as often as possible expression of peoples.
