I bought luxor:Amun rising on 3/2/06 and had to re program my comuter. How do I get my download back/?
Who re-programed your computer? Did your computer crash after or because Amun created some type of conflict or overload. Go to the START tab then to SEARCH and activate find FILE or FOLDER tab and enter the name Amun to see if it is still there. If it is gone then Contact the company on-line or by telephone and explain the problem to them. If you are not satisfied with their response.contact your credit card company. You were protected when you downloaded, they will have a confirmation process proving that you did indeed purchase the product. They should also offer a disk backup for instances just like this. Anyway try those things. Good luck.
