What I do see is that the idea of a person for a business now belongs to someone else. When you snooze, you lose. Ask yourself some very pointed questions.
1. Why am I procrastinating? 2. I really believe in My idea? 3. What should I do now?
When you are sure you want to assert your ideas as your need to do two things at once:
1. Sure your domain name and its variations 2. Register and / or brand name and logo 3. Investing in you and your business.
Investing in you and your activity requires a great amount of work. You want to take advantage of EU funds to make sure you learn about your local licensing requirements and any restrictions necessary zoning. You also need to invest to learn how to manage a business. If you do not have the basics business like a business plan, mission statement, EIN, please register as a woman, veteran owned, or minority business, or a bank account business to name just a few elements that are often seen as someone who has a hobby and you will not have a corporate mentality.
In order to manage a successful business you must stop procrastinating and to adopt a corporate mentality. If you go to prevaricate, you will soon see your great idea that belong to someone else and you've missed the boat. The choice is yours. Stop procrastinating and act or snooze and lose.
