Hi, I have a Xerox Phaser 8200, NVRAM that holds a 21.02 print head does not answer OK therm error. After the service Manual, check the connections to the print head or replace the print head. The connections are good and tight and I have now replaced the printhead twice, was one renovated, the other was from Xerox and both give the same error. It is with Xerox OEM ink for 8200 and no other. I also have the power control board that the ribbon cable connects to the print head and replaced it still does the same. Any ideas where to go from here? Replacing the printer is not an option. Thank you

It sounds like You did a good job so far, and two heads w / NVRAM should not both be bad. Pay attention to the main board and check connection / cabling between it and the Power Control Board re-use. Check carefully for any damage to the connectors or cables. Otherwise, I would say replace, the ribbon cable to the print head how to see it be damaged in a way not, you can and you have everything covered what else. Good luck.
