Online Businesses Can Be Hard to Run
|
Online businesses can be both hard and easy to run. The hard part is honest like any other new business online or offline. You must have the start up capital. It cost to buy the scripts. It costs to have the scripts installed if you don’t know how to do it. It costs to have the website designed. And it costs a monthly fee to have it hosted. Honest for all that alone it could be between $100 and $500 that first month.
Another thing that must be figured in is the advertising costs. Yes it does costs money to advertise your online business. Another factor is let’s say it’s a paid to do website. You must then have the funds in your payment Processor to pay the members. Funds will be very low to start with. Especially if you have never run an inline business before. But the more people get to know you and associate you with your website. The more they trust you and soon advertising costs will be cut in half. Because the members will be doing most of the advertising for you. Later once you have a database of 1000 or more. You will have more funds coming in. But you must keep some put to the side to pay your members when they demand to get paid. I had a bad experience (which I wrote about in another article on this spot). So I will not mention it here again. I will however tell you that I did not let it get me down. I purchased another website and continued my business. I did however give the members that were members of my other sites free upgrade and a free $2 balnce in there accounts. Which gave them half of what they need to cash out. And I can’t wait to process my first payout. These members are very supportive and I love them very distinguished. Even though I do have a few hundred members. The space is growing very slowly. But is successful this far. I’m told that due to my previous misfortunes with my other sites. It may be hard for this site to grow quickly as my others had. But I’m not going to give up. My main jam with this site is it had a lot of errors during the installation of the site. Which took about 3 or 4 days after rob for it to even be ready for me. To change my settings to where I wanted them. And then I had to wait on the passwords to the cpanel and set. So I could login to set my settings. I then got stupid and made an error. Which then took about another 3 or 4 days to fix. They had to uninstall my database and then reinstall it. Finally I was able to get all my settings done. Then we discovered my crons were not working properly. My website is an advertising type website. And the crons are what makes the ads refresh each day so they can be viewed every day until all credits assigned to them are gone. That took about a month to finally get fixed. My website has now been working properly for about 3 or 4 days now. And I’m hoping it will obtain bigger, better, and be a success. |
