I have no where to start except for the line of Mac computers. I am completely DONE with Windows (especially Windows Vista)
please point me out a laptop that you would recommend mostly for photography. or if its just a FANTASTIC laptop in every aspect.

Either get the white MacBook, Apple has upgraded the graphics on it and doubled the ram. Or get the next level up new aluminum MacBook. They all come with iLife 09 which is iPhoto, iMovie, iDvd, Safari, Garage Band etc. If you are planning on doing a lot of photography, then get a larger hard drive, at least 250 gb. I’d also recommend Photoshop Elements. It as an easy learning curve and most of the bells & whistles of regular Photoshop but is under $100. I taught high school photography, traditional and digital. We just used iMacs, I used my MacBook.
