So, my printer was working well the last few months I have had, but now it's all the usual print and showing a message on the screen saying "The print head next (s) has a problem: black / yellow [K / Y] and Im not really sure what to do. Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this problem? I know where the manual, and I really need to print some stuff. HELP.
