The Reality of Network Marketing Succcess

I was chatting on google with one of my partners and a team leader in the network marketing industry earlier this evening brainstorming about marketing ideas and the subject turned briefly to how to make network marketing easier for everyone.

The facts are that 98% of distributors fail to execute Positive Cash Flow in network marketing, and that most businesses fail within 5 years or sooner and that people ruin THOUSANDS of dollars, and thousands of hours in time in the process.

So this team leader and I talked about some general ideas to make this business easier for everyone and here’s the excerpt of the chat.

Team Leader: so what is for “everyone”?

me: still have not found it yet. the closest thing is the *** but it’s got a lot of flaws.

Team Leader: I think if people just “try to do” and not give up then that is the system.

me: absolutely

Team Leader: but you can’t tell people that because they want the “quick fix” and the “steady income” (right now).

This is what separates leaders from talkers.

Leaders just “TRY TO DO” and not give up.

Leaders are looking for more than the “rapid fix” and realize that the “accurate income” comes from building this business over time.

The mlm industry is fat of people that “talk the talk” but very few that actually “walk the plug”.

Everyone says “I’m in this for the long term” but statistics prove that most quit along the way remember the 98% failure rate. There are a number of reasons why people conclude. A lack of support or communication, lack of knowledge, lack of something, lack of money to pay for products.

But here’s the bottom line…

Quitters always find a reason to quit. and

Winners always find a reason to keep going.

For example unbiased recently I heard of a network marketing representative lose over 100 distributor’s enrollments because of a bank card between Asia and their USA home office. 2 people had over 100 team members deleted from the system in a day because of an unexpected and uncontrolled mix up . An error that would never happen again, but still affected the business greatly.

What would you have done in that situation?

Now many people might get Mad, frustrated, angry, blame anyone and everyone and then complain and then quit if that happened.

So what did this person and their team do? This person and their team just got back to work and started over again rebuilding their group. This is called tenacity. This is called determination. This is called character. This is called commitment.

But it always comes down to commitment.

Here’s what I always ask myself EVERY WEEK.

1. Why did I join my network marketing opportunity?

2. Why am I doing this business?

3. What’s it going to cost me to continue?

Some people join network marketing because they want a hasty fix…Others want a genuine long term opportunity…Why did you join?

Leaders look at network marketing as a long term game plan, as “retirement insurance” so to scream, and unprejudiced like any insurance if you quit paying the premiums, you lose the benefits.

Why are you doing the your biz? For some people it’s a challenge and fun, others like the extra social interaction, others want to be a piece of something out of the ordinary.

If you are doing it strictly and only for the money or the chance to form money, then here’s some advice for you.QUIT NOW! Yes. The BUSINESS ASPECT IS Principal. BUT YOU NEED TO FIND DEEPER REASONS WHY YOU ARE IN THIS BUSINESS.

Lastly, some people join their company because they expect or assume they are going to get a free ride and then quit after a few months, there are some people that have joined and then quit and then joined again and then QUIT AGAIN, and then EVEN JOIN AGAIN!!!… HOW SILLY IS THAT? IT MEANS THAT THEY LIKE THEIR COMPANY, GREAT! BUT IT ALSO MEANS THAT THESE PERSONS HAVE ZERO FOCUS AND ZERO DETERMINATION and end up wasting more time by quitting and joining again each time.

Everyone keeps saying they’re looking for a leader or a winning team to be a section of.

What real leaders know is simply just getting support enough to get the information they need is enough.even if it means finding it themselves.

Real leaders develop into leaders themselves and are not looking for a free saunter and quit, and then Join again Later. REAL LEADERS UNDERSTAND THAT Leaders just “TRY TO DO” and not give up.

This is the reality of network marketing and how to be successful with it.

Remember this one thing…you’ve probably heard similar sayings before but not like this…

Quitters always find a reason to quit…and

Winners always find a reason to keep going.

I’ll repeat it because it’s the difference between failure and not failure. It’s the difference between being successful and not being successful and can be applied to EVERY Dwelling IN YOUR LIFE not just business….

Quitters always pick up a reason to quit…and

Winners always find a reason to support going.

So here’s a BIG HINT for success…If you are not getting the support you need contact your upline, and if they are missing in action or are not active or have quit because they are not real committed then call the company and find out who your active upline team leader is and get plugged in, and if they are busy just keep calling the home office for support until you get the answers to your questions and then Pronounce YOUR TEAM MEMBERS to become independent leaders, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE PERSON ON YOUR TEAM.. Keep plugging away.

This business is a cumulative business and has it’s ups and downs and growth periods and slow seasons just like every other business. Unprejudiced like any other business it takes time to net the understanding of how it works and how to best market your products and opportunity. As stated before “there is no one plot to success” and the real secret is that “there is no secret”…. Just work and commitment.

What are we committing to become a success in network marketing?

1. A simple monthly product purchase.

2. Never quitting.

The rest you just learn as you go and “TRY TO DO” and not give up. How simple is that? Now everyone has the key to success in network marketing.
