My laptop is IBM ThinkPad R 51, there are slight scratches on the screen, which is visible when sunlight present some background light (it can clearly be seen when the computer is off), I'm sure it can be removed by some Polish … I even use made of a notebook LCD cleaner but it did not work … What should I do .. is there a polish or something to remove them? I've heard that toothpaste works … it should certainly be polished …
It has a very Thin layer of plastic or Teflon, can be replaced, can not be polished, you make it worse.
