Could you file a noise complaint, if it helps fight crime?
I heard on the radio that in a municipality of the City Council approved an ordinance prohibiting loud music from vehicles, and behold, about 60% of traffic stops resulted in arrests for possession drugs, illegal firearms, drinking underage, unlicensed or expired licenses, and operators do not have insurance. Are they so stupid criminals that want to draw attention to themselves, or rap music has caused brain damage?
I think music has caused brain damage. I have read many of the results reports of criminal complaints of noise and most have been caught with drugs, alcohol without a license or insurance. You're absolutely right!
